Business and Coronavirus Covid-19

Lamentably, as the coronavirus spreads across the globe and outbreak is now described as a pandemic by the World Health Organization, we would like to keep you informed on the measures deCambraAbogados is taking to provide protection for business continuity, health and safety of its employees, clients and partners.

We have suspended all employee travel and event attendance, and have encouraged employees to use video conferencing platforms to keep in contact with our partners. All our employees have the technological capacity to communicate, advise and complete any other administrative or judiciary tasks with ACA remote card access (Certification Authority of the Spanish Legal Profession) wherever they might be.

We closely monitor the General Council of the Judiciary Power´s (GCJP) and Spanish Tax Authority directives and daily review our internal procedures accordingly to ensure that the Law Firm can continue its business activities without disruption and with the same quality.

Actually, the GCPJ agrees to suspend procedural proceedings in the Basque Country, the Community of Madrid and the judicial districts of Haro (La Rioja) and Igualada (Barcelona). All audiences and proceedings terms are suspended in these mentioned places.

The Spanish Tax Authority has approved an extention of the payment of tax returns (i.e. Personal Income Tax and Corporate Tax installments payments) from 13.03.2020. until 30.05.2020. for small and medium companies (those with EBITDA less than 6.010.121,04 Euros) and also freelancers.

We will continue to keep you informed on any further developments and we thank you for your trust and commitment so far.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for any additional information.
